Our campers are grouped by age in order to ensure safety and to maximize their camp experiences. The age groups are as follows:

4-6 year olds

7-8 year olds (split during practices into 7's & 8's)- the focus is still on having fun, with a bit more specific technique and skill development in the technical events
9-10 year olds- while still making the practices fun, we often see the most growth from this group, and learning more about fine-tuning and building competitiveness in track and field

MIDDLE SCHOOL PROGRAM (11-14 year olds, split into 11-12 and 13+ at meets) will get their choice of events each practice session. Coach Hicks will have options from sprinting to jumping,  hurdling to throwing, even distance. This year, we are giving our oldest youth campers the chance to pick what they focus on every night.
